Nuvii began in coffee conversations among students and young creators who loved good coffee but were weary of convoluted preparation rituals and overpriced café culture. We wanted something genuinely delicious that could fit into real, hurried mornings and contemplative study breaks.

Our journey started with small-batch cupping trials — seeking roasts that balanced the nuanced aromatics of estate-grown beans with effortless solubility and foolproof home brewing.
